We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information shared by our Clients.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we require specific content and information from the Client. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Business information and contact details.
  • Login credentials for existing domains or hosting services.
  • Logo files, images, media, and text content.
  • Product or service details required for marketing or development.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used strictly for the purpose of executing the agreed scope of services.

Portfolio Usage: The Agency reserves the right to retain a backup copy of the website or creatives for internal records and may use them for portfolio purposes to demonstrate our work.

3. Confidentiality Agreement

Both Fadnex Marketing Agency and the Client agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all shared information and proprietary data. We do not sell or share your internal business data with unauthorized third parties.

Furthermore, the Agency shall not be asked to share its own internal financial data, bank statements, or payment logs beyond standard invoices.

4. Data Security & Liability

While we take precautions during the development phase, the Agency is not responsible for hacking, malware, data theft, or security breaches that occur after the project handover.

Important: Security, updates, backups, and monitoring are the Client’s sole responsibility unless an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is purchased.

5. Third-Party Services & Ad Accounts

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and hosting providers. Please note:

  • The Agency does not add its own payment methods or bank accounts to the Client's ad accounts.
  • The advertising account and payment method must belong to the Client.
  • We are not responsible for data loss caused by third-party hosting providers or server crashes.

6. Accuracy of Data

The Client confirms that all data, content, and business details shared with the Agency are accurate and lawful. The Agency is not responsible for any consequences arising from false or misleading data provided by the Client.
